Bobby Tolson and Jack Medlin, have been in the automotive business for over 39 years each. In November of 1999 Bobby and Jack formed a partnership and combined their business resources and opened Lighthouse Truck & Auto Center.

Their mission was to provide locals with a convenient location, a relaxed stress free sales environment, an experienced professional sales staff, competitive prices and a great selection of clean reliable late model cars and trucks.

After deciding on the location, their next task was to acquire a high quality inventory. Merchandising had been Bobby's area of expertise for thirty years and he began traveling extensively to auctions and other dealerships, selecting only the best cars and trucks available.

Bobby and Jack's final task was also the most difficult. They knew that any dealership would only be as good as the sales staff it employed. They needed to put together a team processing the ability to provide their customers with knowledge, service, and respect. High pressure salesmen whose only interest was a "quick sale" was not what Lighthouse was "all about".
